6:30 a.m. Registration volunteers to be ready at tables

6:45 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Volunteer Check in for safety vest and name tag. Course Supervisors to report to their designated event

7:15 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. Competitors need to check in at the Registration Table in the Exhibit Hall located in the West Concourse

7:45 a.m. RM Course Overseer to meet with FHP/CVE and Course Supervisors

7:50 a.m. Competitors to report to competition area for walk-thru (no earlier)

8:00 a.m. Volunteers to be at their stations for walk thrus

8:00 a.m. Doors open for spectators

8:45 a.m. Defect sheets given to judges for RM Pre-Trip and Preventative Maintenance

9:00 a.m. National Anthem and Competition begins

12:00 p.m. Speakers, Lunch, Raffle, Awards
